Nate is a wealth of knowledge, very helpful and easy to talk with. Concerning the FFL transfer fees ($75) they are well above industry norms for the Southern, MD area. Additionally he will charge you $30 extra for Omega lock that isn’t solely required by MSP (Maryland State Police) for transfers, most other FFL dealers will allow a cable lock or some other MSP approved lock.

Customer service was horrible. The person that greeted me was unprofessional price gouging on transfer fees, rude and condescending. I will never go back there again to pick up a weapon and I recommend customer service training, misleading, transfer fees. my whole experience was horrible never again
