12/19/24 I am still waiting for my order to be printed. It has been a 19-day wait. Frankie said If want to be printed, I would have to Remove my Negative Comment on Google, which I refused to do, because it is totally terrible that they do not accept their mistakes and poor service and apologize. Here I share the email so that all customers can see what he wrote. 12/12/24 VERY POOR SERVICE, they never answer emails about orders that were made online and after 2 weeks they answer and try to blame the customer, I asked for proof of the supposed emails and THERE IS NONE. They are liars, rude and provide very bad service.
