Answer: No steel core, tracers, or AP. Steel case IIRC is allowed, just not steel core.
7 years agoAnswer: Depends on who's officiating the range, I've shot steel case, fmj, and others, then not allowed to shoot same rounds other times. The "magnet test" doesn't really work on steel case as the majority of the round attracts the magnet. They do push their rounds pretty hard after they refuse the ones you brought. Otherwise a great range and gun store.
8 years agoAnswer: Yes, just make sure it's not steel core. Use a magnet to check.
8 years agoAnswer: Yes, you can shoot 5.56 as long as it has no steel casings, or steel bullet/ bullet cores.
