I recently did an NFA transfer through them and it was a really good experience. The whole staff were very polite, helpful, and professional. The whole.process was explained to me and they spoon fed me help the whole way. Even when I ran into an eForms issue (ATF didn't have my zip code), they helped me get in contact and surprisingly, my Form IV was back in about 72 hours. I would highly recommend Elite and will be returning.

So my wife & I went into Elite today for the first time & we were both impressed with their showroom & merchandise. But what impressed us most was the employees. Now, I went into Elite looking for something specific, which they didn’t end up having - but that was okay, because I found something even better. The Canik Signature Sketch, which looks & feels amazing! We were first helped by Ryan, who was super helpful by showing us a used Canik that wasn’t quite ready for sell, but was the very item I was looking for. But then he took us over to their other Caniks & that’s when I saw the Signature Sketch. Which my amazing wife has bought me for my birthday! The owner Myron helped us check out, also a very friendly & knowledgeable guy, because Ryan got side tracked by another chatty customer. All in all, we were very happy with the customer service, the merchandise available, & the overall look of the store.
