Customer service is definitely lacking when you need help with questions. I ended up fixing it myself

Too bad they stopped selling their previous design ambi selectors. I've had one of the old ones on an AR for 7ish years with no issues. I got one of their new design and the lever broke apart after a range day. So I emailed them about it and they sent me a replacement lever. I installed it broke in the same way the first time i fired it. Im guessing the metal is too thin in the area it broke and cant handle the vibration of 300blk out of a short barrel. I emailed them about it stating it happened again and didn't hear back so after a week or two I emailed again explaining how it broke and the specs on my rifle and asking if this is a known issue and never got a response. Edit: James contacted me and offered to send me one of the old style safety selectors that I have had great luck with.
