About a year ago, i took my macbook pro in. Was of course given a way below value loan, went back to get it out 6 days later and they had sold it. Actually, they sold a different computer but sent mine to the buyer (if that doesn't say enough as it is). Then they treated me like it was MY FAULT. There was hardly an apology, just them telling me I'd have to wait (a week) to get mine back. Then, once I got it back they told me they weren't willing to do business with me anymore. Again, as if I was the one in the wrong here. I've heard from others they've done this several times before. And this guy named Austin and his wife Jenny says that at least one of the employees buys things with money they send to her venmo then she delivers the item(s) Early in the morning.
