I first walked into the store To simply buy 2 9mm P.P. & 1 box of 9mm GFLs. The big guy is cool and polite. Asks me if I need Anything else. Ask him a couple questions he answers them. Then I bring up that I'm having trouble with a certain handgun I just purchased. Mind you not from his establishment. He asked me if I wanted him to take a look at it and see if there's anything He could do. After stating he's more of a Rifle Man. He took it apart, cleaned it,oiled it and adjusted something with the Spring. He said well I hope that helps good luck. I told them thank you and then asked him how much I owed him. After all he was working on something else stopped what he was doing to help me with my situation. He said it was no problem wouldn't take anything. Not to mention he completely fixed my firearm haven't had a problem since. I'll stick with this place when it comes to purchasing my firearms from now on.
