what do I need to buy a Glock19 gun and what does it cost?
In N.C. you will need to be of 21 yrs of age with a valid N.C. I.D. or D.L. and a N.C. pistol purchase permit or N.C. concealed handgun permit with matching information. the permits are obtained through the Sheriffs Dept. in the county you reside.
