The staff and management at Palmetto State Armory, Denver, NC are exceptional in their job performance and willingness to please the customer.

This is in no way meant to tear down any of the employees at this location. This is for corporate. Make this make sense; you are a firearm manufacturer that has brick and mortar retail locations and you won’t send them your own brand of weapons to be sold or used on the range! How is it I walk in a PSA store after driving over an hour to look at an AK, of which you have about 7 variants, and am immediately told we don’t have em and we don’t get em. Go to talk to the guys at the range section and they go on to elaborate that not. Only do they not get PSA guns from PSA as they request them, they also just recently got a couple Dagger variations for the range after begging. I don’t know how you keep employees in this store. I can’t imagine having to tell customers or would’ve been customers that we don’t carry very much if any of our own guns. That’s gotta be embarrassing. I’m embarrassed for them. End of the day you could’ve easily made more than a thousand dollars on me but instead you got about 300. And if o wouldn’t have driven all that way I would’ve left there with nothing. Get it together PSA HQ. Sheesh
