I have noticed the staff bring dishonest too many times to continue attending the auction and have even been conned into buying garbage. I have seen items go up for auction and the lady on the computer will say “here it is for sale for x dollars” saying a ridiculous amount for products I know the true value of. There was a patio couch with no cover on the cushions- just the white inner part, and the auctioneer stated that this particular company doesn’t sell them with the covers and the covers are readily available online sold separately. Stupidly I believed him, bid, and won. Only to find that I was stuck with a coverless couch and the company of course sells their cushions with covers just like every other furniture company. I ended up selling it at a loss to get it out of the house.

Growing up, Thad Woods Auction was part of our family vacation growing up that we all looked forward to every weekend. Now as an adult, we still don't miss it and our kids have grown up enjoying it too! They have items that every age can appreciate and the auctioneer, Stacy, makes it fun and entertaining. They have amazing prices and from super useful to super unique items. Would give it 10 stars if I could.
