Walmart Supercenter WAYNESVILLE - Hours, Reviews & Deals

This Review is hard to do for I don’t like being this negative. But in the 5 years of using Walmart Deli to order party Trays for a event. This year for this past event I was very upset and disappointed. I placed an order on Tuesday the 2 of December for the two large slider trays. The staff didn’t know what I was talking about and had me to fill out the form. Then I requested to get the printout of the cost and they looked at me oddly and I told them I done this in past and pay for the item so I didn’t have to wait in line. Well after a few they spoke to a few people and I got the slip to pay. On the paper and I voiced I will be back on Friday Dec 5 at 4 PM to pickup my order. On Friday at 4:15 PM I went to get my order, they looked at me odd and go looking around then ask if I was picking up a cake. I told them I done a slider tray order on Tuesday. They went to the board and seen my order slip, the guy went to a back Connor to talk to the three others then they tell me it wasn’t ready and to give them 15 minutes. When I did get my order the trays where not Presentable as they usually are.

This is a post about my experience with the Waynesville Walmart and the employee named Julieànn or JULIAÀA I've been trying to figure out how to post this for about a week and a half now but I finally figured out that I need to come to this one so I can put in the star and my review so not only did she get a five-star for me but I want to give her a wonderful shout-out to this amazing young woman . First and foremost I have someone in my family who is very very very very very picky when it comes to textures and flavors, and when we find something that they like that's basically all I can get him to eat, so when we cannot find it, talk about a breakdown?.. oooh , but after 6 minutes of a meltdown and convincing him that all I have to do is go to Walmart and they will have them I head on my Merry way. To my utter dismay & that intense feeling of shock, they had not ONE single bag of wings in fact (they are called better good Frozen wings, they are the best wings I've ever had. So, there i am, ive gone up to 3 workers at this point and all 3 times I was just looked at like I was a HUGE bother and 1 literally waved and just walked off, another looked me dead in my face and said " oh im pretty sure they stopped selling them" .(mind you, not 1 of them, pulled out their little phone thingy and looked it up) But then just when I thought all was LOST... I see Juliane, with a big smile, she asked " you alright, finding everything okay? And she not only had shopping she was doing already for a pick up order, but we never know, how TRULY busy, a place like Walmart can get. Without a second thought, she whipped out her Handy Dandy Reader/scanner thing and told me, I THINK I have something in the back. AND she even thought to ask, if that flavor (that I had to pick) was one that he liked.. and im so glad. I told her " its the lemon pepper kind" Now, after some negative customer/clerk service before, I wont lie and say I wasn't completely nervous. I was afraid she would just walk away and forget.. BUT about 4.5 minutes go by and I see her walking aisle to aisle ,(i was in same spot) looking for me, so I met her halfway and IN HER HAND, was THE ONE and ONLY bag of lemon pepper wings.. but she took the time, heard how important it was for me to have them, and not only was she so kind BUT...she FOUND them!!! I felt so ...im not sure how to put it, like appreciated and seen. Everyone is always moving so fast these days, we sometimes forget to slow down and enjoy the small acts of kindness we receive, likely, on the daily. .. JULIEANE (I hope I spelled it correctly, but THANK YOU so MUCH for making me feel like a priority 😊 YOU can tell you like what you do and your customers can see your happiness and it sure did rub off on me. I left smiling 😃 thank you again Sweetheart
