Ordered an item online. Got the confirmation email, but no follow up shipping email. Called 2 weeks later, was told to email Jesica about it. Not reply from her, 3 more phone calls with name and number left for Jesica (apparently only one that can refund) no response. Claim website has issues with inventory not being available, but it’s still active and operational. Doesn’t have problems taking my money, just problems filling the order. Starting to think it’s and scam and theft by deception. Going on 4 weeks with 5 separate contacts made. Buyer beware.

Friendly and helpful. Was kind enough to cut me a break when I noticed I didn't have my credit card with me. Saved me a 30 minute round trip.
