If you are looking for high end kitchen appliances which are displayed in “vignette model kitchen” mock ups, then this is the place for you! The place is huge & beautifully laid out & well lit. We were greeted by Hayley who assessed what we were searching for in a built-in dishwasher. Once she interviewed us about our precise needs & desired features, she took us through the showroom to help us find the best machine for our budget & design expectations. We were even given a short interview with their “ in house” installer to review the best dishwasher match for the problem area of installation within our kitchen. The service was wonderfully competent with no sales pressure. We were able to view & inspect the actual inventory which is more than helpful when purchasing installed kitchen appliances. My purchase will be completed once I have the “ in home installer” field survey to ensure feasibility of product installation. There is a reasonable fee for this but it guarantees that the intended machine will fit “ in situ”. Because most high end appliances are sold at “ Manufacturers suggested Retail” pricing, I find little reason to shop for them at “ Big Box “ stores or volume discounters. CDI specializes in these mid & high end products & their expertise resides there ,so why go anywhere else?
