I ordered a part it was the wrong one they charged me 24.36 and refunded me 16.95 for the wrong part they gave me a partial of the tax money that they charged me it was their fault it was the wrong part and they only gave me a percentage of what I paid and they didn't refund my shipping

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Brownells UK. I placed an order over a month ago, expecting delivery within the advertised 7-10 days. The order was placed in London, within the UK, yet it has still not arrived. I have contacted your support team multiple times via email, but my concerns have been completely ignored. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I chose Brownells UK expecting reliable service, but this has been a highly disappointing experience.
