Purchased a Certified Used handgun rated in "Excellent Condition" and upon receipt found the trigger was very gritty and inconsistent, a safety issue for sure. Local certified armorer gunsmith inspected and said someone had been inside the gun polishing and working on parts. He suggested since I had the ability to return to send it back. So it was returned to them, and their warehouse also verified my trigger concerns. But then it was sent out for a "3rd party inspection" and found nothing was wrong. This took over 2 weeks, and even with my multiple calls asking what was going on, and asking for a supervisor or manager I was never updated with details. Finally without ever contacting me they issues a partial refund minus a hefty restock fee, minus all shipping costs and transfer fees, and left me with no further detail. Ive tried to discuss with their staff and only one time ever got someone who even cared to listen to my concerns or call me back, but was only limited in what he could do. Ive filed a dispute with my credit card and with the BBB as they have posted a rating scale on their used firearms and offer a full refund guarantee...but dont stand behind either of these.

Deceiving advertising, price jacking and unnecessary fees. I should have listened to everyone but now I ended up with the gun I want at about $264 more than I should have paid. The more you look at a gun, the higher the price goes up. And it will start to say theres only 5 left. Then only 1 left. You buy that one and the next day they're back in stock at a cheaper price than you paid. Also got charged $16 for an FFL transer fee and wasnt aware i'd also need to pay my FFL $46 upon pickup. Overall a very shady company. 10////10 do not recommend.
