I use to like coming to this store, but the customer service is really lacking now. You can never find an employee to help you & the product shelves are almost always bare. I placed an online order for a pair of boots & never received an update as far as pickup status. When I called to check on this, I could barely get anyone to answer the phone. When someone finally answered I was then told “it’ll be ready soon” & then shoved off the phone. Terrible customer service, you should really re-evaluate your staff & hire people that are actually capable of doing their job & providing proper service.

Cole and his team were extremely helpful taking a bad situation and making it right by me. Honest manager and good crew who treat their customers with respect. Great relief these days. Thanks guys, Travis
