Was looking at pedal drive kayaks. Looked for information tags on them for probably 20+ minutes. Eventually i took one down to look to see if i could find the weight rating and the other info that a consumer normally likes to see when looking at a $1500-1800 purchase. Eventually we were approached by an employee who was very rude and abrasive. He asked very rudely if we are taking it down just to look at it or if we were actually going to buy it. We stated that we were wondering about weight capacity which he had no clue so i asked to speak to the store manager which he quick left then returned with what turned out to be wrong information and no manager. When i asked to speak to his manager again he went and got another fellow who was not the manager then informed us the actual store manager was not there. So i proceeded to ask for the name and number to reach the store manager which he was reluctant to give us. When I insisted he became super apologetic while giving us the information. It was not the experience that I'm use to in other sportsman's warehouses. The manager is to be in next week i have the information to contact them to place the complaint. If you are in the Harrisburg area i highly recommend going to any of the other sporting goods options or travel to another sportsmans warehouse that offer better service.
