I had ordered an Armageddon Precision Rifle case but received it in a packing box that was too short; they had to bend the top 1/3 of the case to fit it in. This stupid packing method results in a permanently bent case. Not cool, especially for a case this expensive. I returned it immediately, but neglected to include the (formerly) attached tag. Note: I spoke with customer service and they DID NOT specify that the tag was required. Here's what the customer service rep said, "Our returns team has received your Armageddon case, and it appears that it had not been sent back with the associated tags. In this case we cannot get you situated with an exchange of the product. We can either send it back to you or face a minimum 20% deduction from the refund amount. Please let me know how you would like to proceed." Bottom line, I spent $235 and received $165 back. If this is the level of service you can expect from EuroOptic, I strongly encourage everyone to go elsewhere.
