Terrible Experience – Misleading and Unprofessional I had an awful experience with Pistols Plus regarding their concealed carry class. They charge $85 for the class, which would be fine if they didn’t mislead customers and have such poor business practices. First, they gave me false information about the class. Then, they rescheduled my class without proper communication, and when I tried to adjust to their changes, I had to reschedule again due to their lack of organization. When I decided I couldn’t attend the class due to all the back-and-forth, they refused to refund me, claiming I “took a spot in their class”—a class I never even attended because of their rescheduling issues. This is completely unacceptable. They’ve lost me as a customer, and I’ll make sure others know about their shady business practices. I hope this review helps other shoppers avoid this unprofessional and frustrating experience. Look elsewhere for your concealed carry needs—this place is not worth the headache.
