Why can't you call and get a person on the phone?  i tried going by to pick up a item i had ordered online and was told a manager had to sign off and they were not there.  Not wanting to waste my time again, i tried calling ahead but they will not

Like most businesses, they are short-staffed. check their website or go to the store. It is inconvenient, but really the only option any more. I found once I got to the store, staff were friendly and helpful and I found what I needed quickly.
