Jesse the owner is an extremely knowledgeable, helpful and a patient guy, explained everything to me in detail and fixed a bunch of issue with my existing firearms, I bought a rifle from him that he customised as per my requirements. He also has the best prices in town of new firearms. Five star experience all the way.

Jessie's license expired while my rifle was being shipped to him. He had no idea when the renewal would come, so the package would be in limbo for unspecified time. So I scheduled the manufacturer to have the package sent back to them, so they could re-send package to another dealer, but Jessie was out of town for a solid week, so could not even send the package back immediately. When he finally sent the package, he commented that he got his license renewed the day before, without giving me the option to cancel my plans with the manufacturer, and just pick up from him; kind of felt like he did that out of spite, to delay my package even further, which was the last straw for me. From start to finish, my experience with him was very painful. Gave 3 stars because he stayed courteous at least.
