The owner was very friendly. I could try out some guitars and he had great advice. I would have loved spending more time there and would love to come back. I can definetly recommend.

The owner was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. Definitely lacking customer service skills. The store looked dirty and unorganized They claim that they are also a pawn shop. He had absolutely no clue about the value of good jewelry or high end items.
