Sportsman's Warehouse VANCOUVER - Hours, Reviews & Deals

I'm not from Washington but this is a very nice sporting goods store with lots of options. Staff seems to be very friendly and helpful. They had some lower price items and some higher end too in the fishing department. They had the biggest cooler i had ever seen!!! LoL Whatever you put in it there's lots of space! 😂😅

Sportsman’s has the gun I’ve been looking at on their website but it’s out of stock at this Vancouver location. I wasn’t sure if it’s something the store could transfer or they could order another one in so I called to get some info. Well let me save you the pleasure of talking to Dan because this was the response I got. “I can’t order anything in for you, and if it’s not on the website we don’t carry it! You’ll have to go to tropics pond across the parking lot.” Zero customer service skills. I am not upset by them “not being able to help me” it’s how quickly he dismissed my questions and was just frankly unfriendly and rude. So I called Cabela’s, guess who was super kind and helpful? They filled out a special order form and said they’d get back to me! Pretty unfortunate because my family has been doing business at Sportsman’s for years and even travel over a hour to buy guns at this location. Looks like it’s time to give Cabela’s some business.
