Extremely knowledgeable and works with you to make sure your firearm is going to be safe and give you confidence to enjoy using it. He took his time to break down the rifle I brought to him and ensure that all aspects of it were in good working order. Even went over the top to clean every part of the rifle giving it back to me like it was fresh out of the box
