Based on the blatantly unprofessional responses from this owner on these reviews, that should be enough to deter anyone from shopping here. I had a gun sent to this store and when I arrived to pick it up I actually intended on getting ammo and a few extra things for said gun. The younger lady was very nice to us but was busy, so some older crotchety guy came out of the back with my gun. He was very rude and uninviting even making snide comments like "I guess they approved you, don't know why." I've never been convicted of a crime so I can only assume it's because I don't look like a redneck. The way he acted made me spend zero extra dollars there and I will never be back. News flash, people don't have to spend money at your business, so keep burning bridges in a smaller city and see how that works for you. Maybe a word of advice, get the baby boomer away from the computer and off these reviews, keep him in the back and you might actually salvage your business moving forward.
