Ordered two rifles on Tuesday and picked them up on Saturday. Robert was fast and friendly. Great selection of a little bit of everything.

I've been to this store 2 times, about a year or so apart. I had a different employees engage with me both trips. First visit, asked couple questions and employee made me feel like I was asking questions that he didn't want to answer. The second visit, once again asked questions and the employee was very short answered, never really made eye contact, and just continued to do other stuff while trying to answer questions. The employees made me feel very uncomfortable. I left store feeling like what the hell just happened. When I mean no customer service skills, this had to be my worse experience in my life. I won't be going in a third time, and will purchase handgun somewhere else. Ive read alot of reviews and almost all 1 stars say the same thing about bad service. The store always replies we strive to give the best customer service and want to make up for that bad experience if you come back. I can say from reviews, that's just an act and they don't really care because same things keep happening time after time.
