I ordered an upper receiver in December and waited patiently until March before I contacted them to figure out what was going on with my order. After finally receiving my order nearly 4 months after placing it, it was damaged during shipping because they didn’t adequately pack it. The quality of the upper missed the mark because you can’t remove the bcg without it jamming the forward assist plunger backwards, which is damaging the bcg. I’ve attempted to reach out to them multiple times on this issue and they haven’t responded. I will not be giving them anymore of my business and suggest everyone take their money elsewhere.

We had ordered what we thought was a good deal except that we never heard anything and it never shipped for months. after a couple months I had my bank give me a refund and I never heard anything back from them. No replies to emails or phone calls answered 0/10 customer service. I turned around and got the same thing from Palmetto State Armory within 5 days ***review was replied by company referring to an email that has nothing to do with anything I'm reviewing about Yet they put my email address and phone number for everyone to see before deleting my email address? My review is regarding a completely separate event in which a firearm was purchased by a member of my household. Just run far away from these amateurs ***
