Ordered a rifle in August of 2024, as of writing this review in March of 2025 it has still not come in. The communication is completely one sided with Recon not answering any phone calls, they stopped responding to messages on their Facebook page, and they are impossible to get a hold of. I will unfortunately need to be disputing the charge on my credit card in order to get my money back, as I cannot find any other way to speak with them. Definitely do not recommend doing business with this company if you want to receive an item in exchange for your money. EDITING TO ADD MORE INFO: Got a call from Preston on April 4th, 2025, saying the rifle is finally coming in stock and should be available next week. He also offered some concessions as an apology for my experience. I will update again once the rifle comes in, but I appreciate Preston for trying to make it right.
