I recently completed the Concealed Carry License (CCL) course at Maxon Shooters Supplies & Indoor Range, and it was a great experience. Jon followed the course structure closely, covering all the required material thoroughly, but delivered it in a very casual, direct, and sometimes colorful style. He used profanity at times while sharing real-world examples, which made the class engaging and kept the discussion grounded in practical scenarios. Despite the informal delivery, it was clear he knows the subject matter inside and out and made complex concepts easy to understand. The two-day course is naturally long but packed with valuable information. The staff is friendly and helpful, and if you’re comfortable with a trainer who is structured yet candid and no-nonsense, I would definitely recommend taking this course with Jon at Maxon’s.

Amazing friendly staff, i went solo which meant i needed to have an instructor with me, and i am glad i had to because Adam was such a joy to shoot with, highly knowledgeable, friendly and just all around pleasant. Would definitely go again and request to have Adam as my instructor again. Also an amazing gun collection available for rent
